The taste of an aroma or a liquid is subjective, therefore liquids that have been opened and / or used can not be replaced or returned. We do not accept returns except as expressly stated in the paragraph "right of withdrawal". SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: The "online" contract refers to the distance contract, ie the legal transaction concerning movable goods and / or services stipulated between a supplier and a consumer and / or customer within a system of distance selling organized by the supplier who, for this contract, only uses the remote communication technology called "internet".

All contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through the access by the consumer and / or customer to the corresponding website at www.mycigarette.it where, following the procedures indicated, it will conclude the contract for the purchase of the good.


The contract stipulated between mycigarette and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by mycigarette. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the terms and conditions and payment. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.


The Customer can purchase the products present on the site www.svapoweb.it. The image of the description of a product may not be fully representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color, size, accessory products in the picture. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by mycigarette by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. If you need an invoice, the Customer must ask for it before placing the order and must include the invoice request in the order notes, for accounting and tax reasons, no invoices can be issued after the order date. Once the invoice has been issued, it will no longer be possible to change it. Recall that online sales are attributable to mail order sales and therefore without obligation to invoice and without the obligation to issue a receipt.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, mycigarette guarantees timely communication to the Customer. We do not sell to persons under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order whose credentials may make us doubt their veracity.


The consumer and / or customer agrees and obliges, once the on-line purchase procedure has been completed, to provide for the printing and preservation of the present general conditions, which, moreover, will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory passage in the 'purchase. PayPal: in case of purchase of goods with PayPal payment methods (if available), together with the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount related to the purchase made, also choosing this method of payment will be charged on 3 , 5% flat-rate costs for packaging and labor (free if you choose payment on delivery).

Bank transfer: in the case of purchase with payment methods bank or postal transfer, the order will be processed after crediting the same (1-3 days). If we do not receive the credit within 7 days, the order will be canceled.

Mark: in the case of purchase with payment on delivery, the order will be processed within 24 working hours, payment will be made exclusively in cash upon delivery of the goods.


The delivery costs, if any, are charged to the customer and are clearly stated when the order is placed. * The "Efest", "Sony", "Panasonic", "AW", "LG" batteries are not guaranteed.

* Products containing chips or microchips (perishable goods) on sale on www. mycigarette.it have a guarantee of 3 months, shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The warranty does not work if the defect or damage has been caused by improper use and / or contrary to the instructions for use, eg. opening of the appliance, defects or damage caused by infiltration of liquids, fall, breakage, etc.

Returns must be sent in their original packaging and must be authorized by mycigarette, contacting customer service at info @ mycigarette.it. The material must be sent to "Mycigarette s.r.l.s Via Ferrante Ruiz, 5A 00168 Rome Italy within five (5) working days from the date of issue of the number of R.M.A., with a packaging that ensures a suitable protection for transport. The damage caused by an inadequate packaging will void the warranty of the damaged product. The customer must insert on the packages the documentation provided by mycigarette following the instructions contained in the return authorization email, taking care not to insert documentation or goods not requested outside or inside the packages. The warranty is canceled if the technical service has found physical damage, improper use or tampering with the product. The description of the defect must be exhaustive in order to assign the RMA number.

If the product is no longer available in stock, it will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Instead, the replacement will take place within 10 days from the date of return of the goods and the costs of resending the customer are free.

We do not accept cash on delivery, parcels assigned or goods without original packaging.

Damages caused by misuse of the product or products where the warranty seal has been tampered with or removed are not guaranteed.
